Set on 100 acres of farmland in the beautiful South Downs, Lippering Farm House is a large, colourful family home, ideal for a holiday or special occasion. The farm is surrounded by acres of woods and fields with glorious walks on your doorstep including Chichester Harbour and the South Downs - the perfect place for both short or long term breaks. Lippering Farm is 3 miles southwest of Chichester and 3 miles east of West Wittering beach.

The House
Lippering Farm House is filled with contemporary art and colour, a colourful and welcoming home. There are 6 double bedrooms and one twin room, open fires, cosy kitchen with Aga and lots of entertaining space in our 3 reception rooms.

The Loft
Our converted open plan barn loft with 2 double bunk beds, suitable for 2 guests or a family of 4. Fully equipped kitchen, wood burner, private balconies with views over Lippering Orchard & surrounded by acres of woods. Can be rented separately or with the main house for overflow guests.

The Amenities
Guests are welcome to use our indoor swimming pool, Swedish sauna, and outdoor tennis court. Walks on the Saltern’s Way take you to Birdham Marina where sailboats can be rented for the day. We have several bikes for guest use as well. Guest can enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and fresh fruit from our orchard and vegetables from our kitchen garden and polytunnel.
