Your Stay
Guests are welcome to use our indoor swimming pool, Swedish sauna and outdoor tennis court. Walks on the Saltern’s Way take you to Birdham Marina where sailboats can be rented for the day. We have several bikes for guest use as well. Guests can enjoy fresh eggs from our chickens and fresh fruit from our orchard and vegetables from our kitchen garden and polytunnel.
Please note -
There is a minimum of 2 nights rental.
There is a limit of 2 dogs.
For larger parties, there is an option to book the Barn Loft (sleeps up to 4)
The swimming pool is open year round and there is an option to have the pool heated by prior arrangement with the owner and an additional charge for oil consumed.
The Local Area
Lippering Farm is in the popular sailing village of Birdham, just 4 miles from historic Chichester. Surrounded by acres of private land, fields and farmland, Lippering Farm is an ideal place for walks and cycle rides. The 18 miles Saltern’s Way runs along the property perimeter providing a lovely hiking or biking trail to Chichester and the beaches of East Head and West Wittering. Sailing, windsurfing, kiteboarding and kayaking can be enjoyed at nearby beaches. Chichester Marina and Birdham Pool on the beautiful Chichester Harbour, is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The well known and historic Goodwood Circuit and Aerodrome is 8 miles away
